I ordered the camera on July 9, the order status on the website was “accepted” and never changed, 2 weeks later I wrote to the store and they replied that the parcel was sent, but they “forgot” to change the order status. Another week has passed, the order status is still “confirmed”, I don’t have the tracking number of the parcel, they no longer answer emails or answer the phone. Due to the lack of a tracking number and complete lack of contact with the store, I have no choice but to write a review
